Dear Clients,

We are so excited to announce that we will be OPEN June 2nd!!! Please take the time to carefully read this announcement as there are some changes that we want to make you aware of.

Paixao has implemented many precautions to ensure your safety! We ask for your patience and understanding as we are all experiencing these changes together.

 

  • To ensure everyone is booked accordingly, online scheduling will be unavailable until June 7th. We are currently returning all messages and emails for scheduling. Please be patient, we will not skip anyone and will make sure everyone has an opportunity to book.

  • Upon arriving you will have the ability to check yourself in on our new Self Check In Station. Please make sure you have the Vagaro Inc. app downloaded on your phone.

  • After checking in, clients are required by the Governor’s Health Order to wait outside or in their vehicles. We will notify you when you can re-enter for your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellation policies have remained the same, we require a 24-Hour Notice to avoid a $40 Fee.

  • No one may accompany you unless they are being serviced, including minors under 11.

  • Everyone’s temperature will be checked prior to getting serviced if your temperature is above 100.4 you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please be sure to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds before sitting down. There will be hand sanitizer available at every nail station as well.

  • MASKS are required! Please do not forget to bring one. There will be a $2.50 charge if we must provide one. All staff will be wearing masks and face shields as well for your protection.

  • All nail stations are equipped with a sneeze guard, service providers will be rearranged to ensure proper social distancing is in place.

  • You will notice that prices on select services have increased. This slight increase ensures that we can properly and effectively implement all necessary PPE requirements to ensure your safety.

  • If you have any other product on your nails currently, please remove it. We have adjusted our availability to accommodate as many clients as possible in a short period of time. There will be a fee to remove product from your nails if needed.

  • All stations and equipment will be cleaned after each service. In addition, client common areas will be cleaned consistently throughout the day.

We are excited to announce that Client Rewards is now in full affect! Earn points for every service and use those points for a FREE service. Please ask your service provider
